Self-Defense, Cardio, Martial Arts!
Throughout the year, on Saturday mornings we get together to burn some calories and have some fun. We start by learning some self-defense moves and then doing some cardio while practicing martial arts techniques. This is a free-of-charge time of fellowship and fun: a non-structure, non-pressure, go-at-your-own-pace program for ages 7 and up. Younger kids are welcome but baby-sitting is not provided.
The program runs from 10:00 - 11:00am every other Saturday. Check our calendar for exact dates and for schedule updates.
