Minister’s Corner

Shalom aleikhem! שָׁלוֹם עֲלֵיכֶם Peace be upon you!

Thank you for being with us this morning as we gather to worship our Creator and Father and give thanks to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Today is Memorial Day across the United States and as all Americans express their gratitude to those who have fallen defending our land and our freedoms we remain mindful of the greatest sacrifice given to mankind, that of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on the cross of calvary to give us freedom and a hope.

Regardless of how your life has been this week, this is the time to focus, to unload your burdens, to let your heart be filled with gratitude and with hope. Our communion table is a constant reminder that beyond all there is in this life, you and I have been redeemed, bought with a price and thus belong to God who will care and protect His investment in us. Peace to you!

This Wednesday – June 1^st – Family Time & Philippians Study

On Wednesday, we will meet in person for our Family Time at 6:00PM for those of you who want to bring their meal and eat it in the company of other brothers and sisters. This is our weekly fellowship meal.

From 7PM, we will continue the new Bible Study on the book of Philippians with Caleb Simmons which will also be available to those interested in participating on Zoom.

Zoom Bible Reading – Monday & Thursday 7:15PM-7:45PM

Please join us as we read through the Book of Romans. This week we will read on Monday – 1 Corinthians 4-6. & on Thursday we will read 1 Corinthians 7-9, if you want to catch up to where we are.

Upcoming Building and Grounds Upkeep

Part of being good neighbors is making sure our building is kept up with and our grounds are tended to. Charles is organizing a cleanup day and we would like all of you who are able to come and help. Many hands make work light.
