Minister’s Corner

Shalom aleikhem! שָׁלוֹם עֲלֵיכֶם Peace be upon you!

Happy 4th of July holiday weekend to you! Thank you for joining us today as we praise the Lord. Gathering together today we strive to empty ourselves before Him, to open up all the chambers of our hearts and minds and allow God through His Spirit to cleanse and renew us, to fill us anew with His love and purpose. As we celebrate this weekend the foundation of this nation may God bless us as a nation and as a people who seek to please Him and glorify His name in a world increasingly unfriendly to His name and His dominion.

The Bible says that “those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength.” Isaiah 40:31, In 1950s, Curt Richter, a professor at John Hopkins did some experiments on rats that showed beyond any doubt that rats without hope drawn is as little as two minutes while those who have learned to hope swim for days on end trying to survive. Do you have hope today? What is your hope?
