Minister’s Corner

Shalom aleikhem! שָׁלוֹם עֲלֵיכֶם Peace be upon you!

Good morning to you on this new day with which God in His mercy is blessing us. May we find the peace, rest and strength we seek in His Word today. May His Spirit guide us on the path, in worship, in understanding and in love to one another. Today is the day that the Lord has made for the Church to come together as one Body, and I look forward to our Zoom worship as I pray for God’s blessing and acceptance of our gratitude this morning.

I look forward to hear Pat preach and lead us in worship and I am grateful for your presence and your support. The Bible tells us that His mercies are new every morning, and as such, let us praise him from a new heart, a new mind, with renewed desire and resolve. God is great! He makes no mistakes! Today has the renewed potential to be as it should!... If,… we trust and obey!

This Wednesday – April 20^th –Family Time (Canceled) & Bible Study

This week we will hold off meeting in person on Wednesday due to another positive Covid-19 diagnosis in our membership.

From 7PM, via Zoom, Charles will guide us through the book Genesis – God, Creation and Destruction by Dennis Prager.

Bi-Weekly Bible Reading Group –

Please join us for our bi-weekly Bible Reading. This week it takes place, as usual, on Tuesday and Thursday from 7:30PM to 8:00PM. We are reading the book of Numbers currently.

Gene Cowie

I sent an email Saturday morning with an update on Gene as well as a plea for the congregation to minister to Gene & Mary Alice with some dinners. There are some restaurants, like Sweet Lorraine’s and Lebanese Grill who cook without gluten and from where you can order a meal if you are not able to cook. There may be others as well.
