Minister’s Welcome

Good morning! What a beautiful day God blessed Michigan with yesterday!!! I hope you had the chance to enjoy the sunshine as these days will be very limited going forward into the winter season.

I am happy to welcome you this morning at the Troy Church Gathering on a day which should be close in beauty with that of yesterday. Thank you for choosing to be here. Don’t forget that from 5:30pm, this evening, we are having the Corinthian Gathering here at the building to close out this first worship day of the month.

Today we will be talking about prayer, about this Christian spiritual discipline that is so often overlooked or misunderstood in our Christian lives and culture. I pray that God will poor His Spirit on you today and that today’s time together will be an encouragement to you. I pray (here is that word) that you will feel loved as well as engaged as we try, with mere mortal and limited minds to grasp God’s greatness and turn it into praise. What a blessing to have you all here, to be able to be here, to melt into worship to a God Who loves and saves and Who desires our fellowship to a much greater degree, probably, than we do His. Focus on Him, forget your faults and shortcomings and throw yourself in His praise, as you are covered into His mercy and grace!

This Wednesday – November 9^th – Study of Prophecy

Thank you so much for the support with the Giveaway! This week we are coming back to our regularly scheduled program J and will be continuing our study of prophecy. Please join us for this study from 7PM and invite your friends.

Before the study, we will enjoy dinner together from 6:00PM this week is Team 2 – Pizza Night.
