Mix Martial Arts Self-Defense

Self-Defense, Cardio, Martial Arts!

Throughout the year, on Saturday mornings, at Troy Church, a few of us get together to burn some calories and have some fun. We start by learning some self-defense moves and then doing some cardio while practicing martial arts techniques. This is a free of charge time of fellowship and fun, non-structure, non-pressure, go at your own pace program for ages 7 and up. Younger kids are welcome but baby-sitting is not provided.

The program runs from 10:00 - 11:00am every other Saturday

PLEASE RSVP if you are coming and check this calendar before you leave home as if there are no RSVP class will be cancelled. Thank you.
