Minister’s Corner

Shalom aleikhem! שָׁלוֹם עֲלֵיכֶם Peace be upon you!

Good morning, and it is so good to be back with you! There is a special joy in gathering again as a church family—lifting our voices in worship, sharing in prayer, and opening the Word of God together. I am grateful for this congregation and for the steady faithfulness with which we live our lives together in Christ.

Today we return to Acts 11 and consider the deeper meaning of believing in Jesus. In this chapter, we see that true belief is more than agreement—it is a turning of the heart. God grants repentance that leads to life, and with that new life comes the gift of the Holy Spirit. Salvation is not merely a change of mind, but a transformation of the whole person by God’s grace. As we worship today, may our hearts be open to the fullness of what it means to believe, to repent, and to walk in the life the Spirit gives. May God renew us and strengthen us as we seek to follow Him more faithfully.

This Wednesday – February 18th, 6PM Dinner & 7PM Bible Class

Please make plans to join us for our BYOD (Bring Your Own Dinner) mid-week Fellowship at 6PM on Wednesday. This is a great time to connect, strengthen relationships and catch up with one another.

From 7PM we will finish our Bible Class on 2 Peter.

Birthdays this week: Nadya Oja (16th); Sarah Appolson (19th).

Bible Break – Tuesday, February 17th – 10AM
