Minister’s Corner
Shalom aleikhem! שָׁלוֹם עֲלֵיכֶם Peace be upon you!
Welcome to this beautiful Sunday as we gather with the desire to worship and give glory to our Father in Heaven, Who has blessed us all with the greatest of all blessings, His love & affection crowned with grace in forgiveness. By the content of today’s worship seems that humility and greatness in God’s kingdom will be the subject at hand. On the next page at the bottom is a great quote from Rick Warren which rightly expresses the dimension of humility with which we are to live our lives. However, I probably would go a step further and point out that humility, as Paul the Apostle says, is placing each other above our own selves and looking with favor upon the interest of the others. In so doing, we show the world that Jesus is alive & they will know we are His true disciples.
This Wednesday – September 18th – Family Time & Bible Study
On Wednesday, we will meet in person for our Family Time at 6:00PM for those of you who want to bring their meal and eat it in the company of other brothers and sisters. This is our bi-weekly fellowship meal.

Troy Highland Games & Corn Roast – September 22nd
We are a little bit late in organizing this event this year, but we still hope you’ll attend and enjoy. Troy Highland Games & Corn Roast will take place on September 22nd. As a special treat, Charles is planning a Southern Boil for that day as well so it’s sure to be an awesome time. Please plan to be here that day, bring a dessert and drinks to share.
