Minister’s Corner

Shalom aleikhem! שָׁלוֹם עֲלֵיכֶם Peace be upon you!

Good morning, and welcome! I am grateful you’re here today as we gather to worship our gracious God. Each Sunday provides the blessing of coming together as His family—lifting our voices in praise, sharing in fellowship, and being renewed by His Word. No matter what this past week has held, I pray that this time together draws your heart closer to the Lord who walks with us every day.

Today we begin Acts chapter 10 with verses 1–16, a powerful section that reveals God preparing something extraordinary. We meet Cornelius, a devout Gentile whose prayers rise before God, and Peter, who receives a vision from heaven that challenges long-held assumptions. Through this moment, God begins to open the door of the gospel to all nations. This passage reminds us that God often works in ways that surprise us, and invite us to see others as He sees them. May our worship today inspire us to trust God’s leading even when we don’t understand.

This Wednesday – 19th October – Fellowship Dinner & Bible Class – 6:00PM

Please make plans to join us for our BYOD (Bring Your Own Dinner) mid-week Fellowship at 6PM on Wednesday. This is a great time to connect, strengthen relationships and catch up with one another.

From 7PM we will continue our study of 2 Peter led by Manu.

Birthdays this week: Vincenza Florescu (19th);

Anniversaries this week: Gary & Diane Flatt (21st);

Bible Break – November 18th – 9:45AM
