Minister’s Corner

Shalom aleikhem! שָׁלוֹם עֲלֵיכֶם Peace be upon you!

Kαλό μήνα – kalo mina – A good month to you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ as we start this new month today. We are four months deep into 2022 and this is a great time, as Spring is in full swing, our walk with Christ and our contribution toward His kingdom. No, I am not talking finances, I am talking time and people. Many of us come in contact with people every day, but I wonder if every day we wake up, or go out of our homes with the right purpose in our hearts and minds in regard to these people who will cross our path. The church of the 1^st century did not spread and conquer the world because they had great programs, or amazing singing, or great buildings. They had people willing to share, eager to share with others about The Way, about the Good News of God’s grace & mercy and thus the Church grew. Will you be one who tells?

This Wednesday – May 4^th – Family Time & The Chosen Series

On Wednesday, we will meet in person for our Family Time at 6:00PM for those of you who want to bring their meal and eat it in the company of other brothers and sisters. This is our weekly fellowship meal.

From 7PM, we will be watching the series Chosen about the life of Christ. We will watch Episode 7 of season 3.

National Day of Prayer – Thursday, May 5th

The National Day of Prayer is this week and although we don’t have anything specific planned as a congregation, I invite you to plan for that day to be a day of prayer and fasting on behalf of our nation and government that God may show His grace and mercy upon our government and land and that His Spirit may reach into the hearts of our leaders and thwart satan’s plans.
