Minister’s Corner

Shalom aleikhem! שָׁלוֹם עֲלֵיכֶם Peace be upon you!

Good morning and thank you for being a part of our fellowship this morning. As always, I encourage you to focus on those things that are burdening you down only by the perspective of taking them before God and trusting Him with them. We are gathering this morning to encourage one another, to strengthen our faith as we praise Him through songs, prayers, partaking of the communion and feeding from His Word. Make that your focus knowing that the enemy will try to discourage you by bringing in your focus out of tune singing, someone failing to behave in the way you expect, or whatever else the devil knows that it distracts you from fully being able to experience God and His presence in the church. Focus your mind on Jesus, on the truths He has taught us about God and let the Spirit renew you today!

This Wednesday – 26^th February – Fellowship Dinner & Bible Class – 6:00PM

Please make plans to join us for our BYOD (Bring Your Own Dinner) mid-week Fellowship at 6PM on Wednesday. This is a great time to connect, strengthen relationships and catch up with one another.

From 7PM we will have a Bible Study on the topic of Christian living from James’ perspective.

Bible Break – Tuesday – 10:00AM to noon

Every Tuesday morning, a group of ladies from different congregations joins a group of our ladies for a Bible class. Currently studying Romans. Please invite any of the ladies you know.

Zoom Bible Reading – Monday & Thursday from 7:15PM

Please plan to join our Bible Reading group. This session they will be reading through the New Testament. You can use the same Zoom link as you use to join the services on Sunday morning.

Church of Christ Care Center – March 2nd – 2PM – Next Sunday

Once again thank you for your ministry to the older folks at the Care Center. This coming Sunday is our turn again. Please make plans to attend and serve Christ by serving these folks.
