Minister’s Corner
Shalom aleikhem! שָׁלוֹם עֲלֵיכֶם Peace be upon you!
A song that we sing in the church says “This world is not my home, I’m just a passing through!” yet so much of our prayers to God are directed with the purpose of making our stay here longer, better, fuller. Today is Sunday, the day set apart by the Church to come together and praise God in a community of like-minded believers and it is my prayer that from this gathering you will gain strength and healing but even more than that you will gain perspective, the perspective that nothing beats being with God, that nothing can beat Heaven. As we gather today, purposefully seek to notice and feel God’s presence for He is a faithful God and His promise is that when the Church gathers He is present in our midst. Do you believe that? Do you believe that when the Church is gathered God is present in a way that He is not apart from the gathering of the Church? I believe the answer to that question reflects your experience at Church.

On Wednesday, we will meet in person for our Family Time at 6:00PM for those of you who want to bring their meal and eat it in the company of other brothers and sisters. This is our weekly fellowship meal.
