Minister’s Corner

Shalom aleikhem! שָׁלוֹם עֲלֵיכֶם Peace be upon you!

Good morning, Troy Church family! Though I am away again this Sunday—and will be next Sunday as well—please know that my thoughts and prayers are very much with you. I truly miss being together with you in worship, fellowship, and the study of God’s Word. Even when distance keeps us apart physically, I am thankful to be able to remain connected, and I hope to join you on Zoom as much as possible over these next couple of weeks.

I am grateful for Pat Oja and his willingness to preach and serve the congregation during my absence. I have every confidence that God will use him to bring a message that encourages and strengthens you. The Lord has always faithfully cared for His people here in Troy, and His work continues through the gifts and service of many faithful hearts within this congregation. As you gather today, may your worship be uplifting, your fellowship joyful, and your hearts drawn ever closer to Christ. I look forward to being back with you soon.

This Wednesday – May 27^th, 6PM Dinner & 7PM Bible Class

Please make plans to join us for our BYOD (Bring Your Own Dinner) mid-week Fellowship at 6PM on Wednesday. This is a great time to connect, strengthen relationships and catch up with one another.

From 7PM I will lead a new study on the book of Isaiah. Please make plans to join us.

Church Care Center Worship Service – Next Date – June 7th

Please mark your calendars for June 7^th to attend and help us with the worship service at the Care Center. For the last couple of times, we’ve been hurting for people.

Greeting Ministry – Every Sunday – 15 minutes before start of worship

Please let me know if you are willing to serve as a greeter. All you need is a smile and a willing heart to serve the Lord in this way.

Zoom Bible Reading – On Break till after Labor Day.
