Minister’s Corner

Shalom aleikhem! שָׁלוֹם עֲלֵיכֶם Peace be upon you!

As we gather today, this last Sunday of June, I pray that you feel welcomed and appreciated by those around you no matter if you are in person or on line. We are one body, and if we are to be a healthy body we are to be one another’s support, encouragement, teammate, companion and helper. The Church gathers together to praise God but in the same time it gathers together to gain strength. Although each one of us has some strength, neither one of us has enough strength to carry the burdens of life and pressures of sin and defeat the attacks of satan alone. We need one another and this coming together today is the place where we open up, where we look each other in the eye and where we feel at home. May you be blessed by the Spirit of God Who lives in His Church today! Amen!

This Wednesday – June 29^th – Family Time & Philippians Study

On Wednesday, we will meet in person for our Family Time at 6:00PM for those of you who want to bring their meal and eat it in the company of other brothers and sisters. This is our weekly fellowship meal.

From 7PM, we will continue the new Bible Study on the book of Philippians with Caleb Simmons which will also be available to those interested in participating on Zoom.

Zoom Bible Reading – Monday & Friday 7:15PM-7:45PM

Please join us as we read through the Book of Romans. This week we will read on Monday – 2 Corinthians 1-3. & on Friday we will read 2 Corinthians 4-6, if you want to catch up to where we are.

Upcoming Building and Grounds Upkeep

Part of being good neighbors is making sure our building is kept up with and our grounds are tended to. Charles is organizing a cleanup day and we would like all of you who are able to come and help. Many hands make work light.
