Minister’s Corner

Shalom aleikhem! שָׁלוֹם עֲלֵיכֶם Peace be upon you!

Good morning to you on this Michigan spring morning. Thank you for being a part of our worship gathering at the Troy Church. We are one week removed from the celebration of the Easter Holiday but I pray that the excitement of the holiday is still with you. Even more than that though I hope that you have found new meaning following the scarlet thread of God’s providential plan across the timeline of history. A plan that continues today with you! The Bible is clear in the fact that through you God makes His appeal to this generation, to your friends, your neighbors, your coworkers or classmates to be reconciled with Him in Christ Jesus. That is an important task! You have been called to a very important task. Let it give meaning to your today, every day.

This Wednesday – 30^th April – Fellowship Dinner & Bible Class – 6:00PM

Please make plans to join us for our BYOD (Bring Your Own Dinner) mid-week Fellowship at 6PM on Wednesday. This is a great time to connect, strengthen relationships and catch up with one another.

From 7PM we will continue our Christian Living Bible study in James led by Manu.

Giveaway – Postponed – Date TBD

Shana asked that we postpone the Giveaway for a date yet to be determined in May. Please contact Shana for any details.

Bible Break – Tuesday – 10:00AM to noon

Every Tuesday morning, a group of ladies from different congregations joins a group of our ladies for a Bible class. Currently studying Romans. Please invite any of the ladies you know.

Zoom Bible Reading – Monday & Thursday from 7:15PM

Please plan to join our Bible Reading group. This session they will be reading through the New Testament. You can use the same Zoom link as you use to join the services on Sunday morning.

Church of Christ Care Center – NEXT SUNDAY – 2PM

Please plan on attending the worship service at the Church of Christ Care Center, next Sunday from 2PM. Thank you.

Offering

This morning besides the offering plate, you can as always have the option to make your contribution online at https://troychurch.net/give
