Minister’s Corner
Shalom aleikhem! שָׁלוֹם עֲלֵיכֶם Peace be upon you!
Good morning and thank you for being with us this morning. Guest, or member, we are glad to see you here and are blessed to be able to worship together the only true God and Creator. Sunday after Sunday we come to this building, and we try to encourage one another to a higher calling of life. Coming to this place is a welcome reprieve from the busyness of life and even though sometimes we may come stressed out or burdened by life, we always leave from here a little, or a lot lighter. For the time that you are here today, try to open your mind and heart, push away the temptation of distraction and focus on listening to God. He speaks from His Word, but He also speaks through His people, and even more, He touches us through His people. We aim to be His hands, His feet, His ambassadors carrying in us the message of the cross, God’s love message to each one here.
This Wednesday – 2nd July – Fellowship Dinner & Bible Class – 6:00PM
Please make plans to join us for our BYOD (Bring Your Own Dinner) mid-week Fellowship at 6PM on Wednesday. This is a great time to connect, strengthen relationships and catch up with one another.
From 7PM we will begin a new study through 1 Peter led by Manu.

Giveaway – July 19th
The Giveaway will take place on July 19th with set up days on the 17th and 18th. Please see Shana if you can help sort through and arrange the items in preparation.
Troy VBS – Jonah’s Journey – August 4th-8th, 10AM – 12PM
We will have Jonah’s Journey VBS at our church this year, August 4-8, 10am – 12pm. If you are interested in helping us decorate it, organize it, or run it, we would love your help and involvement! You can contact Pat, Nadya, or Linda. Also, you can make donations toward our prizes and water slide (cash or checks to Troy Church of Christ, earmarked VBS). Please, join us in prayer for this wonderful ministry to help our youth discover God in fun and exciting ways to make a lasting impact on their eternal souls!
Church of Christ Care Center – July 6th – Next Sunday
Please mark your schedules and plan attending the Care Center worship with us on July 6th. Let Pat or Manu know if you would like to serve in any specific area during the worship (song leading, communion, offering, preaching). Thank you in advance!
