Minister’s Corner

Shalom aleikhem! שָׁלוֹם עֲלֵיכֶם Peace be upon you!

Good morning, and welcome! Today we gather to celebrate Palm Sunday—the beginning of the final week of Jesus’ earthly ministry and a moment filled with both joy and deep reflection. As Jesus entered Jerusalem, the crowds welcomed Him with palm branches and shouts of praise, recognizing Him as King. It was a moment of celebration, hope, and expectation, as the people looked forward to what God was about to do.

Yet Palm Sunday also reminds us how quickly circumstances and hearts can change. The same city that welcomed Him with praise would soon call for His crucifixion. Even so, Jesus entered Jerusalem knowing exactly what lay ahead. He came not to claim an earthly throne, but to offer Himself in love for the salvation of the world. As we begin this Holy Week, may we reflect on the humility of our King, the depth of His love, and the sacrifice He willingly made for us.

This Wednesday – April 1^st, 6PM Dinner & 7PM Bible Class

Please make plans to join us for our BYOD (Bring Your Own Dinner) mid-week Fellowship at 6PM on Wednesday. This is a great time to connect, strengthen relationships and catch up with one another.

From 7PM we will continue our Bible Class on Jude led by Pat Oja.

Bible Break – Tuesday, March 31^st – 10AM

The Bible Break ladies’ Bible meets every Tuesday with 9:45AM coffee & social time. Study starts at 10AM and ends at 11:30AM. This season the ladies will be focusing on the Hebrews text of the New Testament. Invite a friend!

Easter Worship & Egg Hunt

Easter is only one Sunday away. We will not have a Bible Class that morning, but we will come together to celebrate Easter from 11AM. After the Easter Worship we will have an egg hunt for the young kids. Please help us fill he eggs with goodies for the little ones.

Zoom Bible Reading – Monday & Thursday – 7:15pm

Please join us for a bi-weekly Bible reading over Zoom. The group meets on Monday & Thursday evenings from 7:15pm. We generally pray and read together three chapters. Usually only lasts about 20-30 minutes.
