Minister’s Corner

Shalom aleikhem! שָׁלוֹם עֲלֵיכֶם Peace be upon you!

Good morning and καλό μήνα (kalo mina) a good month to you as we’ve now entered the second month of 2023. Thank you for being with us this morning as we worship our God and Creator.

We are still talking about salvation and sanctification as they lead to glorification, and I hope that we all are learning as well as being reminded of a lot of the truth given by God to mankind in order to thrive as His people.

A reality that we cannot forget is that God is at work in us today. That our lives are set apart and God is sculpting and forming us into a sanctified being that will bring Him glory and honor. It is our new nature. To worship and to exalt Him, just as in the past we lived out of our sin nature and brought only shame. Do you feel God working in your life today?

This Wednesday – February 8^th – Family Time & Question in the Box

On Wednesday, we will meet in person for our Family Time at 6:00PM for those of you who want to bring their meal and eat it in the company of other brothers and sisters. This is our weekly fellowship meal.

From 7PM, we will address one of the questions in the box. I will be sending an email out with a reminder and the question we will be addressing.

MCYC (Michigan Christian Youth Camp)

 Last Sunday we received Marque Cryderman, the chairman of the Board of the MCYC. I hope you were delighted to hear about the MCYC and are planning your support of this organization and ministry to our young. In the near future we would like to pick up a collection to send to the MCYC. We will announce it in advance once the date is set.
