Minister’s Corner
Shalom aleikhem! שָׁלוֹם עֲלֵיכֶם Peace be upon you!
Good morning, and welcome! We are thankful to have you with us today as we come together to honor and worship our great God. Each Sunday is a gift—an opportunity to set aside the cares of the week and be refreshed in His presence, encouraged by His Word, and strengthened by the fellowship of His people. May this hour remind us once more of the hope and peace found in Christ alone.
This morning, we continue our study in Acts 8:9–25, where we meet Simon the Sorcerer. Simon was amazed by the power of God, yet his heart wrestled with the temptation to use spiritual things for selfish gain. Through Peter’s bold response, we are reminded that the Gospel cannot be bought or manipulated—it is a gift of grace. Today we will reflect on the purity of God’s truth and the call to keep our hearts right before Him. May our worship lift His name high and draw us closer to His transforming love.
This Wednesday – 10th September – Fellowship Dinner & Bible Class – 6:00PM
Please make plans to join us for our BYOD (Bring Your Own Dinner) mid-week Fellowship at 6PM on Wednesday. This is a great time to connect, strengthen relationships and catch up with one another.
From 7PM we will begin a new study of 2 Peter led by Manu.
