Minister’s Corner

Shalom aleikhem! שָׁלוֹם עֲלֵיכֶם Peace be upon you!

Good morning to you and thank you for joining us to worship God this morning. I hope you got enough rest last night in spite of the loss of the hour and are ready to be filled with the energy of the Spirit as we strive forward in the hope we have in Jesus.

Bella & I arrived in Texas safely and thank you for your prayers of safety. Bella’s first day experiencing Adventures In Mission was overwhelming to say the least, but we both love breathing in the aroma of Christ coming off the young people just returned from serving a year and a half on mission field around the world and around this country. I pray that we all smell of Christ to those who witness us in our everyday life.

God is good! God is ready to do amazing things through every one of us. Are we ready? What have you been called to?

This Wednesday – March 15^st – Family Time & Singing Night

On Wednesday, we will meet in person for our Family Time at 6:00PM for those of you who want to bring their meal and eat it in the company of other brothers and sisters. This is our bi-weekly fellowship meal.

From 7PM, we will spend an hour praising God through song and practicing different hymns as a group.

Zoom Bible Reading – Monday & Thursday – 7:15PM

We are currently reading through 2 Kings. Please join us.

Lunch & Fellowship at the building – Sundays after services

Leslie & I together with Jeremy & Shana and Frank & Fran have made the decision to bring our food and remain after services and fellowship as we share our meal. Please feel free to bring your meal and stay and fellowship with us. There is generally enough food for us to share so even if you’ve not brought food please stay and share in our meal.

Collection for MCYC (Michigan Christian Youth Camp) -March

I realized I wasn’t very clear last week about the offering for camp. You can present it at any time during March, just earmark it for MCYC.
