Minister’s Corner

Shalom aleikhem! שָׁלוֹם עֲלֵיכֶם Peace be upon you!

I wish you a new month filled with God’s favor and daily evidence of His love and grace to you. May you constantly marvel at His presence in your daily life as your eyes open to the daily impact He has on and in your life.

Let’s start with this morning, with this time as we come together to worship Him. Jesus told us that God delights in true worshippers, in those who worship Him in Spirit and Truth. As we come together as a Church, we are the body of Christ, but God through Jesus’ words has taught us that our heart’s condition as we come to worship is paramount. God is not impressed with crowds or even perfect attendance, instead God is concerned with hearts, with empty and humble hearts ready to be filled by His Spirit. This morning pour out your heart for He stands ready to fill it to overflowing.

This Wednesday – June 7^th – Family Time & Worship Night

On Wednesday, we will meet in person for our Family Time at 6:00PM for those of you who want to bring their meal and eat it in the company of other brothers and sisters. This is our bi-weekly fellowship meal.

From 7PM, we will spend an hour in a devotional time, praising God, reading Scripture and praying.

Soccer Camp – July

As an outreach to the community I’ve been thinking about organizing a Summer Soccer Camp during the month of July. This would be for kids between 6 and 10. Please let me know if you are aware of anyone who could benefit from it.

Troy Church VBS – August 7-11

We need support, if you can help, please let Nadya know.

Sunday Evening Volleyball – 2PM

Weather permitting at 2PM on Sunday afternoons we will play volleyball and continue our Sunday fellowship. Please let your friends know. This is a great opportunity to invite your friends to Church!
