Minister’s Corner

Shalom aleikhem! שָׁלוֹם עֲלֵיכֶם Peace be upon you!

Good morning and thank you for being with us this morning as we gather with the desire to praise God and give Him in song, in prayer, our devotion and our thanks for His love displayed in everything He does in our life. God is our sustainer, our life. In Him we live, and as we strive to serve the world in His name we endeavor to see Him work in us and through us for His glory, the glory of truth and love. We are encouraged by your presence and by your faith. As the church, we are called to love and serve one another just as Christ exemplified in His life. I encourage you to take time and encourage someone and let others encourage you. Our worship is not just in the actions directed toward God but also in those actions directed toward those around us. Jesus tells us that in serving others, in truth, we end up serving Him, and what greater honor is there but to be of service to God?

This Wednesday – May 29^th – Family Time & Bible Study

On Wednesday, we will meet in person for our Family Time at 6:00PM for those of you who want to bring their meal and eat it in the company of other brothers and sisters. This is our bi-weekly fellowship meal.

From 7PM, We will continue to study Jesus’ parables led by Charles.

Online Bible Reading – Monday & Thursday – 7:15PM.

Please make plans to join us this week for group Bible reading. This is a time ( in addition to you own personal Bible reading time), that offers us the possibility to be together in the word just as the Apostles and the early Church left by Christ, our Lord was. 100% pleasing to the Lord, I believe.

Fellowship, Lunch & Volleyball today after Worship Gathering

Make sure to hang around after our worship gathering and enjoy good fellowship, food and a game or two of volleyball.

Bible Study

If you would like an individual, one on one, Bible study on a certain subject, please send me an email at manu@troychurch.net and we can arrange to meet weekly. Space is limited so first come, first served.

Nadya Oja expressed her desire to study one on one with any of the ladies who may desire to have a Bible Study. Please reach out to Nadya directly or to me if you don’t have her contact and we can arrange it.
