Minister’s Corner
Shalom aleikhem! שָׁלוֹם עֲלֵיכֶם Peace be upon you!
Good morning to you and thank you for being with us this morning. It takes no more than 5 minutes of watching the news to know that we live in a world that is troubled by sin to an increasingly greater degree. Following the assassination attempt on former president Donald Trump there will be much opportunity for evil to interfere in the political life of our country and in the hearts of its people. I urge you to pray for our nation that the enemy will not be successful in turning hearts away from God but that through these events God will awake in people the desire for Him and for His love and comfort. As we are here to worship today, let us call on God to strengthen our nation’s mind and heart against evil and may these events be an opportunity for all to understand the need for God’s word in our society, in our schools and in our lives. Let us respond with our greatest weapons, love and prayer, to battle the dark forces of evil among us to God’s glory.

Church of Christ Care Center – THANK YOU
Thank you, Pat, Kenny & Brendon for your support at the Care Center Worship. It was a really good time of worship. I was uplifted by the songs, by the messages, by everyone’s participation and I am sure all the residents were as well. Our next worship at the Care Center is on August 4th. Please make plans to attend.
