Minister’s Corner

Shalom aleikhem! שָׁלוֹם עֲלֵיכֶם Peace be upon you!

Good morning, and welcome! It is a blessing to be together today in worship. Each Sunday we gather as God’s family to lift our hearts in praise, to be strengthened by His Word, and to be reminded that His power is still at work in our lives. Whether this past week was filled with joy or challenge, may this time draw you closer to the Lord who never fails us.

Today we continue our study in Acts 9:32–43, where Peter visits the believers in Lydda and Joppa. Through him, God heals Aeneas, who had been bedridden for eight years, and raises Dorcas back to life. These incredible moments remind us that the same power that worked through Peter still works through the faith and compassion of God’s people today. Our God is not distant—He is active, healing, restoring, and bringing life where there was once despair. May our worship today glorify Him and renew our trust in His mighty hand.

This Wednesday – 12th October – Fellowship Dinner & Bible Class – 6:00PM

Please make plans to join us for our BYOD (Bring Your Own Dinner) mid-week Fellowship at 6PM on Wednesday. This is a great time to connect, strengthen relationships and catch up with one another.

From 7PM we will continue our study of 2 Peter led by Manu.

Bible Break – November 11th – 9:45AM

The Bible Break ladies’ Bible meets every Tuesday with 9:45AM coffee & social time. Study starts at 10AM and ends at 11:30AM. This season the ladies will be focusing on the Hebrews text of the New Testament. Invite a friend!

Church of Christ Care Center – Thank you
