Minister’s Corner
Shalom aleikhem! שָׁלוֹם עֲלֵיכֶם Peace be upon you!
Good morning, and welcome! It is always with joy that I come to our gathering together as a church family to worship our faithful God. Each week we are reminded by the book of Acts, that the Lord is at work among His people—guiding, shaping, and calling us according to His purposes. As we come before Him today, may our hearts be attentive and ready to respond to His leading.
This morning, we turn to Acts 13:1–6, where the church in Antioch is worshiping, fasting, and seeking the Lord. In that setting, the Holy Spirit speaks and sets apart Barnabas and Saul for the work to which He has called them. This passage reminds us that God often directs His people when they are devoted to Him, and that His mission advances through those who are willing to listen and obey. As we worship today, may we be a church that seeks the Lord earnestly, hears His voice clearly, and responds faithfully to whatever He calls us to do.
This Wednesday – March 25th, 6PM Dinner & 7PM Bible Class
Please make plans to join us for our BYOD (Bring Your Own Dinner) mid-week Fellowship at 6PM on Wednesday. This is a great time to connect, strengthen relationships and catch up with one another.
From 7PM we will continue our Bible Class on Jude led by Pat Oja.
Bible Break – Tuesday, March 24th – 10AM
The Bible Break ladies’ Bible meets every Tuesday with 9:45AM coffee & social time. Study starts at 10AM and ends at 11:30AM. This season the ladies will be focusing on the Hebrews text of the New Testament. Invite a friend!
Easter Worship & Egg Hunt
Easter is only two Sundays away. We will not have a Bible Class that morning, but we will come together to celebrate Easter from 11AM. After the Easter Worship we will have an egg hunt for the young kids. Please help us fill the eggs with goodies for the little ones.
Zoom Bible Reading – Monday & Thursday – 7:15pm
Please join us for a bi-weekly Bible reading over Zoom. The group meets on Monday & Thursday evenings from 7:15pm. We generally pray and read together three chapters. Usually only lasts about 20-30 minutes.
