Attached is the outline of the proposed leadership structure which was discussed at the Town Hall meeting on May 15 and at the follow-up meeting on May 22. The latter was recorded and is also attached. Attached please find the Presentation I used during the Town Hall introducing the new proposed structure versus the traditional structure of the Churches of Christ. Please remember that next Sunday, when you turn in the new nominations for eldership as well as the evaluations for the current Elders, you also need to turn in nominations for the Administrative-Financial Circle (AFC) members.
